Click the "Book" button for your chosen plan. You'll secure your first appointment time and pay the package fee upfront. We will then schedule your remaining sessions at times that suit you, together at the end of your first session.
Your very first appointment includes a 10-minute consultation. This is a valuable opportunity for you to be heard. We'll discuss your situation in detail so I can fully understand your needs and tailor the treatment specifically to you.
The packages are designed as complete blocks for initial recovery. If you need ongoing care after finishing one, the Monthly Maintenance Plan is the recommended and more cost-effective path. It's specifically designed for long-term wellbeing and offers a better ongoing rate. We can discuss this as you near the end of your first package.
This is a plan for clients who have completed a treatment package and want to maintain their results. It offers one guaranteed session per month at the discounted rate of £35. Please speak to me directly to learn more and sign up.
This is a discounted follow-up session available only to clients with an active Transformer, Overhaul Package or Monthly Maintenance Plan. It's there if you need a little extra support during your treatment period.
You can view our full Terms & Conditions here. For packages, if you need to cancel, a refund for unused sessions is provided, calculated by charging any sessions used at the standard single-session rate.
If you're unsure, booking a Standard Sports Massage for an initial consultation is a great first step. We can assess your needs and discuss the best path forward together.
Yes, I'm located at The Chiros Clinic in Andover town centre, SP10 3UA, and serve clients throughout Andover and the surrounding Hampshire areas.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may be asked to remove some clothing to access the treatment area, but you'll always be properly draped for modesty.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, extended sessions are 90 minutes. Your first appointment includes a 10-minute consultation.
I treat sports injuries, chronic pain, back and neck problems, Piriformis syndrome (or "Sciatic-type pain"), muscle tension, running injuries, postural issues, and help with recovery and performance optimization.
Sports massage can involve some discomfort, especially when working on tight or injured areas, but it should never be unbearable. I'll always work within your comfort level and adjust pressure as needed.
This depends entirely on your insurance provider and your specific policy. As a soft tissue therapist, I operate under self-regulation rather than statutory regulation, which means some insurance providers may not cover sports massage therapy. However, some clients have successfully claimed on their policies, particularly with private health insurers. I can provide detailed, headed invoices to support your claim. I strongly recommend contacting your insurer before booking to confirm whether sports massage is covered and what documentation they require.
