1. Booking & Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system or direct agreement. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received for single sessions, or for the first session of a package.

2. Your First Session

Your initial appointment includes a 10-minute consultation. This is a valuable opportunity for you to be heard, so we can fully understand your needs and tailor your treatment.

3. Cancellation Policy for Single Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Package Policy

· Expiry: All treatment packages must be used within a set period from the date of purchase: 6 weeks for a 3-session package and 12 weeks for a 6-session package. Unused sessions after this time are forfeited.

· Cancellation of a Package: If you need to cancel your treatment package, a refund for unused sessions will be provided. The refund is calculated by charging any sessions used at the full single-session rate (£45), with the remainder refunded to you.

  · Example: If you cancel after 1 session of a 3-session package (£120), the calculation is: £120 - £45 = £75 refund.

· Non-Transferable: Packages and the Monthly Maintenance plan are for your personal use and may not be transferred or shared.

5. Bolt-On Sessions

Discounted bolt-on sessions at the rate of £40 are available only to clients with an active Transformer, Overhaul Package or Monthly Maintenance Plan, during their treatment period.

6. Monthly Maintenance Plan

The Maintenance Plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment, managed by a Standing Order. After the initial 3 months, the plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. The discounted session credit is applied monthly and expires if not used within that calendar month. This plan is offered to clients who have completed a treatment package. or where ongoing maintenance has been recommended as part of their care.

7. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's booking. The full session fee will apply.

8. Confidentiality & Health

Your personal information and health details will be kept confidential. It is your responsibility to inform me of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or any change in your wellbeing prior to and during your course of treatment.

9. Liability

Treatment is provided with your full participation and consent. While all care is taken, ultimate responsibility for your health and well-being lies with you.
